Coach Michael is absolutely amazing! Forget the fact that he is an ex-NFL athlete, his heart for working with kids and the way he connects with them is inspiring! I highly recommend getting into one of his classes!

LIONHEART RULES TO LIVE BY

  1. Empower children by being kind, patient, and light-hearted.
  2. Give 100% of your heart to every class – aim to make every class experience a memorable one.
  3. Never micromanage a child – it is not them who should be listening to you, it is you who should be listening to them.
  4. Provide structure, give freedom.
  5. Learn to play, not teach.
  6. Never rigid, be open, flow, and let imagination be your guide.
  7. Connect with kindness.
  8. Remember, the kids that need the most love, will ask for it in the most unloving ways.
  9. Always do the right thing.
  10. There are no bad children – search for ways to support and inspire.
  11. It is the job of the child to push the boundaries, expect it, and never be upset at them for doing their job.
  12. There is no such thing as a “perfect class”.
  13. Act like an owner – take responsibility – be accountable.
